technically savvy interactive marketing community
When
ad:tech expositions, LLC, a DMG World Media company—the
world’s leading organizer and producer of events for
the interactive marketing community—began planning their
largest show to date, they knew they needed something very
special to attract and engage their savvy and sophisticated
audience.
Getting Down to Creative Business
etech, a longtime provider of audiovisual
support for ad:tech, was called in for a two-day site visit,
brainstorming and planning session. “Working with them
is a true collaboration and creative partnership,” said
Lori Luna, Marketing/Operations Manager for ad:tech. “They
are open and flexible—able to scale the shows in keeping
with our budget, and always give top value.”
The scale of the event was enormous. Held in San Francisco’s
spacious Moscone Center, it attracted over 10,000 pre-registrations,
offered 55 breakout sessions, and featured a show floor with
over 300 exhibitors. In view of their technologically advanced
audience, ad:tech knew they needed cutting-edge show staging
as well as fail-safe audiovisual systems.
“One great thing about working with ad:tech is their
trust in us,” said Lee Torrregrossa, National Sales
Manager, etech. “Photos of recent events
we did showed them how far our capabilities had grown. We
discussed in detail what the possibilities were. Then we were
given the creative freedom to design the space to our shared
vision.”
